I think that salary wise is very competetive

So far i havent encountered any issues

- Company appears disorganized. - Focus on minimizing costs affects quality—knowledge and skill level seem secondary to finding the cheapest labor. - Prioritizing budget over competence impacts work quality and employee motivation, as the company sacrifices standards to win projects.
