      Pros

      There are more pros working for Rumpke than I have had at any other company I have worked at before. The people are great to work with. There is respect for people in their roles and trust in them to do their job. The culture continues to change for the better each day, as they continue to strive for improvement.

      Cons

      There is not a lot I can say about the company that I do not like. Honestly, I have worked at a lot of companies that I could easily put down five dislikes and it is hard to come up with one.

      Pros

      Pay is good if you were hired before the kids took over.

      Cons

      Not the same company since Bill senior left. Now its a mens club. Toxic environment. The corporate greed stench is worse than the smell coming off the mountain. Older employees are pushed out because they make too much money. Work from home was taken away for no reason. I had to leave because I couldn't take it anymore.
