Cons
A total lack of vision of what market demands (product, technology, partnership, etc). Hardware is nothing special and more expensive compared with similar products, which makes difficult to compete. The strategy is based on collect the angry clients from another competitors. Too much time to develop new products (HW and SW). Some business ideas can be good, but company has a total lack of ability to deploy them successfully. Market is too competitive and company too narrowed view. There is a high level of arrogance in how company presents in the market. At the level of management, the arrogance is just suffocating, however, management is often lost, or even worst, totally careless, and very often deaf to what workers are saying.
