Pros

Great opportunities to grow in many ways. I ascertained knowledge in the areas of management, branding, and marketing. I also developed qualities in communications as well as critical thinking. The position I held allowed me to work directly under the president of Rush(TN) who mentored me in many ways. He challenged me to build leadership skills through a multitude of exercises, lessons, and experiences which in turn propelled my abilities to develop/enhance my brand and marketability.

Cons

What you sow is what you reap. Little to no time invested will show little to no return in your check.

Pros

Me coming into the business I needed to make revenue. The pay structure is what I liked mainly. Ju’Micael taught me the business. I learned and applied it to my day to day. You have to be a active listener and have great student mentality. I make money every week. What I put in is what I get out. The pay structure is hourly or commissions we get paid every week.

Cons

I do not have any cons at the moment.

Pros

Rush is really a great company to work for because they really spent a lot of time and focus on my success. They really catered to my needs and wants out of the position. When something wasn't going right, they were there to help me figure it out. I never felt alone going through the transition of training cycles.

Cons

I am my own failure for not going through the whole process. Every time I got some success I let it get to my head and it was my down fall. At Rush they care a lot about professional and personal growth. I felt like I wasted a lot of their time and effort into me because of me getting in my own way. I really appreciated the help and the advice you gave me. Thanks alot! I will take what I learned to my next career.
