Stopped paying commission during the COVID-19 pandemic, made redundancies during furlough period and kept all commissions. CEO only seems to speak to staff with 2-3 + years service. This is a very cliquey environment. Most teams are very insular and don’t understand the benefits of cooperation. Only one of the managers there was prepared to pass on leads and jobs to the right department. The rest tried to hold onto everything themselves out of selfish greed. Candidate and Client database is poor, wouldn’t recommend setting up a cold desk here.
