Pros

Cafeteria on site, coffee bar on site. Yep, that's about it.

Cons

Ok, let me try posting a review AGAIN bc somehow these all get taken down because I'm telling the truth but someone in HR is trying to cover it up... -Total old boy network -Promotions and hiring are based on how attractive of a female you are -Old school dress code (like dress pants and dress shirt and dress shoes). The old boy network loves their double pleated Haggar pants from JC Pennys -Lots of "lifers" there who aren't open to new ideas or change - Lots of nepotism - Vernon Hills and the surrounding suburbs/area are just lifeless and boring, unless you love Buffalo Wild Wings and Walmart -Pay is low for the job you do. Driving there is not an option as traffic is awful - Not much innovation. It's just paint, people

Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
