Pros
The company culture is generally great, and the employees try their best to embody the core values of the company. It gets stressful at times, but most employees here are generally always in a good mood. There is work life balance and you learn a lot. Overall, it's a good place to start your career.
Cons
Pay was low compared to other companies, you would think they would be able to offer more. Growth opportunities are limited as turnover of the senior management is slow (most have been there for 10+ years). You will get promoted only if your boss leaves, a position is empty, or they decide to create one for you. Teams are also relatively small compared to brands of this size so expect that the workload may be heavy at times.
