      Pros

      Coming from covid, there were lots of hard times for the culture and the team but we came out of it smaller and stronger. I am grateful we survived, and things have really changed. Post-pandemic, Rustic is full of happy, excited, motivated employees who are learning from the mistakes of the past.

      Cons

      Pay is a low and hasn't kept pace with inflation.

      Pros

      I built great friendships with people at Rustic Pathways. There are always people and teams you can get along with and have a good work/life balance. Fun to travel with your friends at work. Great fast paced culture. People care a lot about our students and our impact

      Base salary was low when I started, but its getting better now.

      Everyone works together, made lifelong friends from this job. Really cool work perks, lots of awesome travel. Felt inspired every day. Had awesome leadership.

      Cons

      Pay is low, but they made up for it with the most fun job ever, making real impact on students, and great colleagues and lots of travel to unique places.
