      No pros here so that i can share….typical lala type company

      Cons

      Salary never on time You have to complete 9 hours by hook or crook Your timings will be entered by gateman also and that sheet is compared with digital app Boss has no future plans No work life balance (tech team has to sit till boss is in office)

      Fast paced start-up work environment. You can learn fast and grow. In my experience of last 1 yr salary has come on time (1st of month) Those good at their work stay for long and stick with the company.

      People who don’t work hard find difficult to survive.
