Thanks for the feedback, and really good to hear you feel that about the colleagues here - we definitely agree! Obviously we would have to disagree on your "Con", and it's a shame you feel that way, however as a business we recently had to make some tough decisions to ensure we had the best chance for the future of the company, and of course that will be difficult for those involved. As all product-based companies would, we also agree about closing deals faster (always a challenge in Healthcare!) but our recent hires are coming on board to help us do exactly that. While it is never an easy process changing structure in a start-up, our new focus is already paying dividends, and we're now looking forward to a period of sustained growth throughout 2019.
