Pros
Used to have a great technical team and the previous CTO recruited a bunch of good people. He left thought and with him most of th talent and talented people that he brought on board. The new CTO has no start up spirit and low eq.
Cons
The managers seems fo fire people unreasonably and avoid paying them what they owe. The COO and CEO work as they manage an hospital and don't even know the app functionality. Bad place to work at - they will throw promises such as pay rise and bonuses but will never compensate their employee. Worst place to work with - avoid avoid avoid
