My direct supervisor has always supported growth and advancement. I’ve been able to grow in the company as I advanced my knowledge.
Cons
Extremely top heavy organization. Not enough experience, knowledge and guidance in upper management. As long-standing employees leave they are replaced with multiple employees and their experience and knowledge isn’t passed on.
