There are some legitimately good people working at this company who are knowledgeable and ethical. Unfortunately those people are far and few in-between and are almost completely overshadowed by the upper managements practice of dishonesty and other unethical behavior.

I can't speak to how this company treats its office employees and middle management but from what I gathered as a field worker was that this company will do everything in their power to keep costs low, even if it's at the detriment of its employees. During the hiring process you will be low balled and after you are hired the promise of raises will be dangled in front of you and pulled away at the last moment. At the end of the day it's a company full of empty promises that I would highly recommend any self-respecting worker avoid at all costs.
