Pros
Family owned and operated. The owners care about their employees and their families. Benefits are now better than in the past. We have some of the most knowledgeable employees that have been in the industry and employed by SJ Smith for many years.
Cons
The pay could be better, but like my parents told me growing up, salary is not everything when working for someone that cares about you like the Smith's do. I think Managment could do better in holding people accountable for their actions or sometimes, lack thereof.
