Pros
The pay is competitive and management does work to make sure you feel well-compensated.
Cons
Because of how the management is structured, there are many instances where certain offices are forced to act as either referral stations or points of obfuscation for management, e.g. tenants call the Leasing Office looking for Management, etc. There is also an issue with lack of manpower for offices. It's easy to overlook during slower times of year, but is a major pain point during the summer when volume of work is high.
