Too many reports and no support - Properly manager S2 Residential Employee Review

Forced out of your comfort zone right from the start. Very little to no support. Extreme nepotism allowed. Sometimes it felt like high-school at a lot of the meetings. Upper management will take credit for your work, great ideas and success and in the same breath blame you for their bad decisions, when things go wrong. 0 accountability from upper management. Lack of real leadership.
