Pros
To be honest I just look on it as a job, not a career, the only positive is the fact I am working and keeping my skills current.
Cons
As the company has progressed from a small business to a much larger business, the values of the management have veered away from treating employees as people to treating them as mere numbers, even the ones that were there in the beginnings of the company. We are not thanked for our efforts or feel that our efforts will ever be rewarded.
