Please can you tell me who your consultant was? We are small family like business so we don’t make huge profits and are only a small team made up entirely of 11 people. Just to clarify, we do not make a huge amount of profit on our temporary technicians, we actually are one of the lowest charging agencies out there. Please also remember we have to pay National Insurance, Employers NI contributions, Employers tax, staffing, payroll, job boards, advertisement etc.
Please do call in or email on info@science.com so that I can try and resolve this? I feel shocked to hear about the lack of communication, as we also have a 24/7 phone line and have never had this feedback? We all have our mobiles on us day and night?
The only thing I can assume is that you had a bad experience with a bad consultant and you were trying to contact them directly?
Please let me know who your consultant was so that I can address these concerns.
