Advancement is limited to the point it is mind numbing to apply for promotions or transfers. Usually an internal candidate has already been pre-selected, Competition is fierce for these positions. No training provided to upskill and move forward. No interaction with upper management. Poor management policies and low optimisation. Poor software system and interface.
