Pros
I don't think you'll find a job with comparable people, benefits, work-life balance, and INSANE growth. I am surrounded by people that care and want to do things the right way, not the easy way I have the ability to voice my opinion/provide advice in all areas that I work in, and I have never felt limited by bureaucracy, technology, or other areas that might prove frustrating in a larger organization or an organization that "doesn't get it."
Cons
There aren't any Cons to working at SADA. Other reviews mention growing pains, but that is impossible to avoid completely at an organization growing at such a rapid pace. There's opportunity for everyone to do their part to lessen those pains! See "Pros" :)
