Relevant projects on par with the sector

Cultural barriers make it extremely difficult for Westerners to settle in and find camaraderie within the greater Chinese team. Being one of what felt like only a few English speakers made working together difficult. The leadership is not very perceptive to new ideas which makes things an up hill battle if you want to try something new or collaborate. Borderline/questionable unprofessional attitudes make it difficult to enjoy working here. Lastly, it was unclear what the overall office's goal is.
