      As an organization, SAJIDA does not have any personal identity. They do microcredit and that's it. Their development program is run by morons. They highly valued BRAC rejected employees for upper positions though

      Cons

      Highly ranked in office politics. No structure to rely on and you don't know who will knifed you in the back with the slightest chance. Lower time is a disaster

      SF offers good opportunity for DMFs (MATS passed medical diploma holders) according to current market standard.

      Cons

      Contractual job (low job security). Salary and Travelling Bill is low in comparison with working area (2 branch office).
