Easy to hide and do the bare minimum

Management bullying and lies are off the chain, within my team alone the lifespan of a team member was on average 6-12 months. I hear some culprits have been weened out but some still remain. At least 3 affairs going on within 1 office. People in management with zero merit. Certain criteria to work in marketing and it’s all based on looks. They hammer home it’s about the mission - the mission is lining the pockets of one family.
