(Sometimes you don’t make the minimum needed to be paid for any overtime lol) - No more boring nights and weekends without work to do, SAOTA has you covered. - International Projects without any need to do technical stuff, so fun, but makes finding your new job in South Africa quite tricky. - You play the important role of cog in the machine. - You get 3 burnout leave days a year that they’ve branded as “special leave”.

- Salary growth is extremely slow. - Absolutely no autonomy, Don’t you even dare think. - The design phase is all set systems and process based, no space for originality.
