      - Ariba is part of SAP now.

      Cons

      - Culture is reluctant to any change. - Very old technology framework (at least 20 years old). - Time is spent on fixing legacy spagetti code. - Some 'Senior' software developers don't even know Object Oriented programming. - No unit testing, some people even think testing is useless. - Code review is only done by pseudo gurus. - Perforce. - No continuous integration.
