      Best experience in SA due to exposure to multiple process exposure HSSE, Trouble shooting, Auditing, ISO 14000/9001, Quality management systems and knowledge transferring.

      Cons

      Some positions filled by people with no qualifications due to joining company years back. Most Indians and colored employees get advantage and racist. Lot and Lot of politics.
