      Pros

      Good work culture, awesome colleagues. Excellent IT support and pretty good products (some of them hard to sell since SAS is only seen for analytics)

      Cons

      Not enough innovation coming from Cary (given that there is so much money spend). The new architecture goes into the right direction but takes too long to become ready. Others (including OSS) taking over. Almost no career opportunities.

      Pros

      Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
