      Great environment and work life balance. Smart people, always eager to help.

      Cons

      During my time there I saw several hire freezes. It is really slow to be able to hire someone and it is very bureaucratic to extend someone an offer letter.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
