Pros
Good staff welfare N pantry is full of goodies. New office with tables fitted to take care of employees health. Thumbs up.
Cons
No work life balance. Being a IT company, internally, system cannot follow up with the company's needs. Alot of manual and duplication of work. Supervisor incapability worsen the issue of OTs.
