Benefits are good, on-campus everything is convenient, work-life balance is a real thing, people stick around for a long time.
Cons
Leadership is not positioning the company to remain competitive in the analytics market, benefits are being reduced every year, "lifers" do not care to put customers first and can negatively impact sales, good old boys club.
