Management treats you like an adult and is honest. Super work life balance. Free Gym and subsidized lunch.
Cons
Advancement is limited so better REALLY enjoy what you currently do. In the wrong groups politics can be a major problem among peers, probably because of limited advancement opportunities. There's a sub culture of infidelity in certain areas of the company that have ruined marriages but is considered acceptable work behavior as long as it doesn't spill over.
