Pros
The people (for the most part) are great. Everyone wants to see you succeed and help you along the way. The benefits are great, but I will have to say I don't take advantage of everything SAS offers. The working environment is great, you get your own office and personal space. They try really hard to make people happy by offering everything they need on campus.
Cons
It is hard to move up at SAS. You pretty much have to wait until your manager leaves. Also, the salary is much lower than competitors and you don't get much of a bonus each year either, no matter how well you perform. SAS has a hard time letting go of lazy people and not paying the hard-working employees enough. Another thing is the WFH policy isn't flexible, actually pretty non-existent.
