      Great coworkers, exciting environment, pretty good diversity (compared to rest of tech world), great food and benefits; good for families

      Cons

      Management is slow and resistant to change; promised a promotion for almost a year with no follow-through on it, not great career advancement; If you don't work in the Cary office, it can be a very boring job; low base salary

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
