Pros
Excellent benefits, if you stay for multiple years and do quality work you will be rewarded with bonuses. Personal managers were all great and supported my growth. Heavy Majority of employees are friendly and are happy to help with your work and help you grow.
Cons
Biggest issue I had working here was related to project management. Revolving door of PMs on multiple projects caused frustration. Some long-standing employees seem to be against the influx of junior/younger employees which can be alienating. Pay is less competitive than the industry standard for this type of work.
