      Wonderful atmosphere! Friendly people! Good cafeterias! It is a very pleasant place to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's frustrating working with IT. Not much more to say about that. Really a great place to work.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
