Horrible leadership, misguided decision making - Upper Management Role SAS International Employee Review

Steer clear of this ( once was ) small Family run company. Insanely bad management decisions by a wet noodle CEO with little to no business acumen who’s just waiting out his pension period. Misguided business decisions, nepotism runs rampit, antiquated office culture and good-old-old boy mentality are just a few of the issues you’ll encounter here. The unwillingness to change and aversion to steering themselves into the future is mind boggling, especially since their competitors are running circles around them. Someone should buy this dinky company, scrap it and put them out of their misery.
