Pros

The only pro is that the work day shifts with poor leads is that they aren't very long shifts

Cons

Poor leadership skills from the leads that are in charge at the stores. Talking down on employees when they make mistakes in words that crush employees instead of helping and.building up each employee to be better and gro as anindividual and team member.

Pros

Weekends off, you can take off anytime you want. You just need to let them know before the schedule is made.

Cons

Don't use the open door policy or contact h.r. They will retaliate and schedule you off more then the other members on the team. Give you easy projects so you only get 5 hours or less a day. I guess they don't know that you can pull up your tax information to prove how much your hours have been cut. Seniority means nothing. The schedule usually comes out just a few days before the new wave. Your email will be filled with diversity and inclusion emails.
