Too much to list but politics is a major problem despite being a unionised organisation CEO likes to avoid problems and can't manage their directors at all. If you are a high performer please do not join they will play out as u are out shinning everyone else. Mid executives and Managers always terminate staffs without notice while head of operations will just approve without investigating. Mid management has history of police case and hitting patients also borrowing money around but management keeps covering up but if ground staffs go against them they will use their termination tactic which HR has to payout whenever they terminate staffs. I was shouted by a newly took over in charge during my KPI appraisal despite all requirements are well met above. dont waste time.
