Pros

Competitive pay and better than average health benefits

Cons

The lack of trust in employees is highlighted by the butt in the seat management style. The attitude creates a slow decision making process since so many levels need to opine on even the most immaterial decisions. There is no work from home policy if you are outside the archaic mileage requirement and even if you are, you get one day a week. There has not been one survey asking how the pandemic has impacted the jobs, lives, and well-being of employees and instead if you are medically unable or have extenuating circumstances, you are required to get doctor’s notes or outside proof you cannot be in the office to then be considered for an exception. If you have a differing opinion than management, you cannot challenge without career repercussions. Being a “yes” person is required to succeed.

Pros

Great brands, company, vision and leadership. This place is special and unlike so many other CPG companies.

Cons

Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
