Pros
Pay is ok, but doesn’t compete with the bigger CPG players. Discount store is nice. Health benefits are parity to other companies. Not hard work.
Cons
Antiquated views of senior leaders have lead to abhorrent policies for employees. They have been really unreasonable during COVID, forcing employees back when it is not safe and threatening to those who are uncomfortable at HQ. It’s really disheartening. The turnover is astonishing- they can’t keep talent and oddly don’t care. Not a place of innovation at all. It’s really a company that tries to fill as much shelf space they can and copy-cat other competitors. If you want to feel like you’re in the 60’s working in marketing for white males, come here. But if you want to learn, grow and feel valued while contributing, go somewhere else.
