      New CEO introduced sweeping changes and got rid of free loaders, D-graders and legacy issues. We long time staff see the positive impact of the changes, the good results and we are all motivated to work to make our Centre better.

      A few toxic legacy staff still around.

      Pros

      Encouraging, small staff, and goals are to be a valuable part of the community. Food is from scratch and gets good reviews. The bar attracts nice people. They are genuine people.

      Cons

      Staff is small. You really need to commit to be there to keep the place running. Even if you don't feel like it some days, you have to put your best attitude out there to do well.
