Pros
Direct management style, the negotiated rate per hour is very good. Working remote almost all of the time. Fun group.
Cons
No frills or perks except t t-shirt you get after onboarding. There are tight deadlines but some of the operations such as onboarding aren't fully automated. It's a small company so sometimes you've got to remind people things as they're so busy.
