> The agency is really slow almost all the time. They will give you last minute jobs after sitting around all day, then expect you to work late. If you don't/can't work late, you may be fired or considered not to care enough about your job. Those who don't have lives get promoted, it has nothing to do with talent. > Lacking in creative. The jobs are very boring, and several people work on the same exact job, pitting the designers against each other. Tends to get competitive and petty. > Managers are very bad. Things aren't passed around correctly, several of them come in half way during the day and don't assign until late in the day. They also do not care about your personal life. There is a very high turnover, and almost all people quit over the management issue. The owner will go on and on about how great scorch is and how > Bad communication. Most people worry about the lack of work or status of their job. So many people have quit or have been fired in the time I worked there, it makes everyone on edge. Very little reassurance.
