easy learning, work at your own pace, no telephone calls (unless if your on the BDC side) nice hours, laid back.
Cons
Rude managment, has a hard time keeping people, gossip, jealousy goes around alot, if your a pretty girl BE AWARE, the manager wont like you., doesn’t know how to communicate effectively and avoids conflict, becoming passive-aggressive in the process. Managment is very insecure and needs constant attention and wants to feel superior, talks rude to staff, and demands orders.
