Pros

I don’t think I can think of any other pros apart from the team that they are building are nice.

Cons

So I started my first day at SCPartners and I ended up quitting during that same week to false job advertising and what they made me do on my first day. Although it’s based in the office they don’t say in the interview process or job description that you have to travel to a location and you get dropped off to do door to door sales!!! And then after make your own way back home, ridiculous right??? This is the worst for anyone to do. They said on the job description that you work with marketing campaigns and brands etc, not once they mentioned door to door sales. No wonder why they upped the salary because no one wants to do door to door sales. Training is provided, however it’s awful like I could train better myself rather than asking one of them! They always want you to climb up to management level but you will still be doing door to door sales, but you’re more in the office than other locations. Whoever is putting these false job descriptions up do better because you can’t be going to management level like that.

Pros

I really enjoyed my time with SCP. I started working with the company at the start of this year, but due to personal issues I left in the summer. During my time, I learnt a lot of valuable skills with rejection and face to face communication, which I didn't have experience in previously. I made some great relationships with people within the company. After reading reviews myself, people note they are ill informed on the role before starting. I don't really see how that could be possible, as there is an extensive process before starting with multiple online calls. I will say as well I was given the opportunity to voice questions or concerns at each of the 4 stages. I think those reviews stating they were ill informed are due to the lack of attention or actually listening that those people didn't do. I myself make sure to fully understand a role before accepting it, and ask the questions needed. There was a lot of room for progression.

Cons

The hours were long, and the work requires resilience that a lot of people lack (I saw this during my time at the company). The weather made it hard some days as it was really hot and we were outside. But I was able to take breaks as and when I needed.

Pros

You learn how to know a door

Cons

- Full commission role - Each sale is £20 (its not as easy as it looks to make sales this is coming from a high roller at my time there) some days you end on 0 sales - Its a multi level management scheme in which they call it i.e. a legal pyramid scheme - Mangers take your money (no way you can track your sales) - They make you sign up as being self employed so you pay for everything and so they dot have to pay you a wage I am writing this so others don't go through what i did for a full year
