Pros

Nice people and remote work. Training is pretty thorough.

Cons

Omg where to begin. So everything is micromanaged. Including bathroom breaks. There is an adherence rule that penalizes you if you are not actively in a ready state to be answering the phone. If ya have to use the bathroom like a normal human? Well, they discourage it. Their PTO is generous enough, but don’t expect to be able to use it in a time of great random need. Have a family emergency? Too bad. Sick? Too bad. You get 6 days of sick time, but if you actually use it as sick time is intended to be used, you get an occurrence. You get 6 of those, you get terminated. So, I reiterate, unless there is something that management is failing to tell its employees, you are literally not allowed to get sick or have any personal emergencies without being penalized. The sales process seems easy enough, but you will find yourself clicking on 10+ tabs just to do your job correctly, which is NOT practical or fun.

Thank you so much for your recent review of your position as an Inside Sales Representative. We appreciate your feedback on the metrics that we hold our employees to within the Contact Center and are sorry to hear that you feel you can't even go to the restroom. Our metrics are designed to ensure you are still able to take a personal break outside of your 3 provided breaks within your 8 hour shift and still maintain positive scoring. Regarding our PTO, we are excited about our generous PTO package which allows our employees to take 4 weeks of planned time off throughout the year for any reason. If you have any specific questions regarding your metrics or PTO, we highly recommend you contact your HR team to discuss your concerns, so we can further assist! Lastly, we truly appreciate your feedback on our system. We continue to assess our system to find ways to automate and reduce the complexities within it that servicing almost all 50 states has required. We appreciate the candid information and will continue to work on ensuring our employees are happy and cared for during their employment.

Pros

I have loved everything about working for Scram Systems. I have grown professionally and work with a lot of really talented and great people. Leadership at this company is top notch and they some of the most down to earth people, which is refreshing.

Cons

We can run lean, which makes operating at peak times a bit of a challenge.
