This company is in a good market and is in position to capitalize on it. Their business is providing VSAT / MPLS network monitoring for companies SATCOM networks via a Network Operations Center.
Cons
The management of the company seems to be stepping on itself so to speak. Upper management is overseeing too much of what's going on with lower management, or, Micromanaging. This is a new company so it does have its growth problems.
Also, due to its start, is spending money that it hasn't recovered in gaining profit by attracting business yet.
