Pros
They match a percentage of your 401K. If you are in a higher position, you are making a decent salary. A lot of things went wrong during my time there and I learned a lot of troubleshooting on my own.
Cons
If you are not working for managment, you are making far below market price for your job. No real opportunities for growth. They outwardly present as a "big" company, but refuse to invest in the younger entry level employees. There was a huge exodus of people during and after my last year of younger employees and it seems like they've been floundering ever since. I established a lot of the current in place protocols, but was never compensated or given the opportunity for growth. Upper management didn't know what I did and was definitely called the wrong name for the time I worked there.
