Absolutely none, it's a job and that is all.
Cons
Holidays are terrible, shuts down for 2 weeks in August which are of no use to anyone, only 3 floating days/year. The working conditions are poor, bathroom facilities are appalling, no running hot water to wash, the place is a dump!
