I have never been treated so poorly by an employer. In particular, by the CEO and his son, who is set to take over. They both lead by fear instead of mentoring or talking to people. The above comment mentions some allegations, and I completely believe it happened 100%. Although I had a couple years experience in the field prior to joining, I was still relatively new and learning. Instead of mentoring me or teaching me if I made a mistake, the CEO and his son would berate me and threaten to fire me if it continued. How is anyone supposed to learn that way? Don't waste your time interviewing or doing business with this company. It's not worth it. There are many great architecture firms in the OC area that won't treat you like you aren't worth anything.
